Any of the following classes can be scheduled on demand, please reach out to schedule one of the following or to develop your own for the group of your choice.

    This is a class to quiet the mind and lower the heart rate.

    This is a class to put your balance up to the test, where activities are designed to help and explore movement incorporating balance.

  • Minute to Win it

    This is a class to test your speed through various mini games with a team or solo.

  • Team Class

    Work along your teammates to complete a challenge or objective.

  • Battle of the Bands

    This is a strength and endurance building class that is focused around using resistance bands.

  • Yoga

    Utilizing breath control and specific bodily postures, this class helps individuals work on strength in a slower more rhythmic way.

  • Open Active Class

    Exploration of the equipment in the space and the ability to create your very own class .

  • Just Dance

    This is a class where we explore movements with dancing
