Weir Active
As a program within the Youth Wellness Hubs of Ontario (YWHO) Sarnia-Lambton site, the purpose of Weir Active is to show that activity and play have a place as part of a care model for youth. Seed funding for the program was provided by the Mike Weir Foundation.
